Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your parosh subscription at any time from Admin → Plan & Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Downgrading
You may switch to a lower plan at the next renewal cycle. Feature limits of the new plan apply after downgrade.
Account Closure
To permanently close your account and request data deletion, email support@parosh.in from your registered email with your restaurant name and account email.
Effect of Cancellation
After the billing period ends, your team will lose access to the admin portal. We recommend exporting reports and data before cancellation.
Reactivation
Cancelled accounts may be reactivated within 90 days by contacting support, subject to plan availability.
